Improved Vibration Suppression Strategy of Fuzzy PI Servo Control for Dual Flexible System with Flexible Joints

A high performance manipulator servo drive system is a double flexible with joints and loads. Flexible are composed of elastic connecting elements, loads Euler beams deformation. The dual has highly nonlinear time-varying characteristics. This kind characteristic will cause resonance the double-flexible affect dynamic characteristics system. In order to suppress resonance, dynamics model two bodies established. Then, control method body designed, range PI controller parameters determined by same resistance pole assignment method. fuzzy rule designed dynamically adjust based on assignment. Finally, improved strategy simulated numerically. simulation results show that vibration can be effectively suppressed establishing precise designing parameters.
